TIJ Chapter 9

A strange week is ahead of me.

Following the many mentions of TIJ, I straddled into The Jewish Encyclopedia (TJE).

My eyes are not open yet, but the lids have lifted slightly. Two observations:

First that TIJ’s historical references, even though they possessed an air of probability when directly read, that probability evaporated quickly when reading the TJE.

Second, that the Jews have a strangely rich past. I guess that we as Christians share it, but where our bible is a moral tale, I am not completely sure the Jews’ is.

I know that TIJ reads TJE often. They quote from it several times. My suspicion is that they too were struck by the materiality of the writing.

Could that be it? To westerners, the Jews’ past is still rooted in a material world?

It is odd that I now have to entertain such thoughts, but the truth is that the smoking gun will not show itself. I have read hundreds of pages of antisemitic literature, and – juvenile arguments aside – found nothing that could reveal a genuine motive.

Did our culture become too lofty, too immaterial in its ethical pondering and virtuous abstractions? When we see Jews, we shrug and say “hello there! Come on in and have a sip!”

Until the day we read their library. Suddenly we see our own forgotten past of gnomes and earthly reality. Now we fear them for their power?

“Remember the sons of Amalek” was a comment by Netanyahu under the Israel-Hamas war that spurred a lot of reactions. Why?

Do we fear that the Jews can conjure up memories and rally their forces easily?

Do we fear that their past can function as a repertoire of invocations? One moment we live next to an ordinary citizen, the next he “remembers” something and disappears before our eyes.

Brainwashing, you say? No. We are not programmed through culture. We learn to remember, and recalling is possession.

If this is the case, how is that different from any other nation?

“Hate”, like “prejudice” are empty words, at least in the sense in which they are usually used. I will make a vow to avoid the lazy attribution of those terms to anybody’s thoughts and actions.

Hate and prejudice are the end result of long and winding mental developments anchored in reality in complicated ways. Accusing anybody of hating or of harbouring prejudices adds nothing of value.

We throw those things against our opponents in the hope that they suddenly feels some kind of shame, like we represent a perfect mirror in which they can finally see what hideous monsters they have become.

In other words, we say they “hate” because we dislike how they appear to us.

TIJ - Ch. 9 - The Historic Basis Of Jewish Imperialism

● Bolshevism is one world revolution. Intelligence agencies fear a Jewish one as well. Says Chicago Tribune. ● Jews start wars, hence antisemitism erupts after all wars. ● Defenders of Jews inadvertently admit the existence of a secret racial world revolution. ● Various newspaper journalists fear the worst: Our civilisation is sleeping! ● Jews are autocrats. Their Davidic line of kings are called Exilarchs. ● The Jew needs to rule. Only in finance can he rule. We are blind as we worship Mammon, making it easy for the Jew. ● The Sanhedrin is alive and kicking. Napoleon brought it back to secret life. ● Sometimes Jews meet for no reason at all. Strange, isn’t it? ● The existence of the plan is known to very few Jews. ● But they help the plan along, being the Jewish automatons they in essence are. ● Jews can only look backward and only walk forward. This is the real danger: The Jews themselves are unaware that they must conquer the world.

… And the Gentiles are unaware that they must build gas chambers.

Today it was the Germans that had held the dubious honour of being the nation that tried to impose antisemitism on the world. Forgotten is the movements across the globe, like TIJ.

I have not seen one single attempt at rebutting any Marxist argument so far from the TIJ. But why, when you can dismiss it all as a Jewish revolutionary army fighting for world dominion.

TIJ is admitting that the only reason Jews can excel at finance is that we are all suckers for the fruits of wealth. The dealer is to blame this time, not the junkie.

It is with mixed feelings that I hear TIJ complain about 1920s cancel culture kicking in, and similarly about how these juvenile accusations crept into the vernacular:

It is now possible to pronounce the word “Jew” in a perfectly serious discussion, without timidity, or without intimidation.
They [Jewish media] can oust portions of Shakespeare from the public schools on the ground that the Jews are offended; they can demand the removal of one of Sargent’s paintings from the Boston Library because it represents the Synagogue in a decline.
But when anything emanates from the Gentile side which indicates that the Gentile is also conscious of the Jew, then the charge of prejudice is instantly and strongly made. The effect of that in this country has been a ban on speech which has had few parallels in our history.
Recently at a banquet a speaker used the term “Jews” in reference to the actions of a group of Jewish bankers. A Jewish guest leaped to his feet demanding to know if the speaker considered it “American” to single out a race that way. The speaker replied, “I do, sir,” and received the approval of the audience. In that particular part of the country, business men’s tongues had been tied for years by the unwritten law that Jews must never be singled out as Jews.

Refusing to discuss rarely solves anything, but when clashing cliques speak in different tongues, discussing may even accelerate disaster.

Example: I say “Jew”, you say “financier”. I aim at the race, you aim at the role in society. Notice how open debate builds no bridges at all:

[About Chicago Tribune’s article about a Jewish world program] The usual plan is to do what an eastern newspaper did when dealing with the same subject: wherever the term "International Jew" occurred in the article which it printed, it was retouched to "financiers."

Somewhere buried deep in our brain tissue is a cluster of neurons that judge character. Once they have spoken, nothing can change their tone.

Trotsky, oh that Jew with his Jewish ambitions

Forever continuing the game of finding Jews stuck in history and refitting them into their proper place in the picture of the world cabal, TIJ cannot leave Trotsky alone.

The Chicago Tribune, however, on Saturday, June 19, 1920, printed in the first column of the first page a cable dispatch from John Clayton, its special correspondent, under the heading: “Trotsky Leads Jew-Radicals to World Rule. Bolshevism Only a Tool for His Scheme.” The first paragraph reads as follows:
“For the last two years army intelligence officers, members of the various secret service organizations of the Entente, have been bringing in reports of a world revolutionary movement other than Bolshevism. At first these reports confused the two, but latterly the lines they have taken have begun to be more and more clear.”

Bolshevism aims for the overthrow of existing society and the establishment of an international brotherhood of men who work with their hands as rulers of the world.
The second movement aims for the establishment of a new racial domination of the world. So far as the British, French and our own department’s inquiry have been able to trace, the moving spirits in the second scheme are Jewish radicals.”

I will invoke the spirit of the TIJ and have an imaginary conversation:

  • “Trotsky as a leader of Jewish radicals? Wouldn’t that have offended Lenin and later Stalin?”
  • “Stalin was offended. He had Trotsky killed in Mexico.”
  • “But at that time Trotsky spoke in favour of permanent socialist revolution.”
  • “Would you expect the Jew to admit to his real plans? I am so glad you find Trotsky convincing. Have you had your uniform measured for their army yet?”
  • “Trotsky put his trust in a world scale socialist revolution. So what you are saying is that this quote should be interpreted not as a fight between world (Jewish) capitalism and world (Jewish) socialism but a secret alignment of the two:”

The completion of the socialist revolution within national limits is unthinkable. One of the basic reasons for the crisis in bourgeois society is the fact that the productive forces created by it can no longer be reconciled with the framework of the national state. From this follows on the one hand, imperialist wars, on the other, the utopia of a bourgeois United States of Europe. The socialist revolution begins on the national arena, it unfolds on the international arena, and is completed on the world arena. Thus, the socialist revolution becomes a permanent revolution in a newer and broader sense of the word; it attains completion, only in the final victory of the new society on our entire planet.

  • “Exactly. Read on …”

Insofar as capitalism has created a world market, a world division of labour and world productive forces, it has also prepared world economy as a whole for socialist transformation.

  • “You see how the Jew is operating under the guise of global dispute, while in fact the right hand is helping the left.”
  • “Eh, I don’t think Trotsky meant capitalism wanted to pave the way for socialism?”
  • “Riiight.”
  • “So… the bank always win?”
  • “Yes, the Jewish banker.”
  • “But the socialists are fighting the banks.”
  • “Sure, they are welcome. The Jew will always come out on top.”
  • “Except for the 99% of Jews who are not counted among the world elite.”
  • “They have an aptitude for always being one step ahead of other people in their class.”

And so forth.

Quoting other people

By 2024 both politicians and activist have become quite accustomed to seeking out alliances with different people and movements. Feminists and scholars of colour happily work together, and parties align themselves across many divides without blinking.

I can’t see why 1920 should be any different. Finding Jews involved in a lot of revolutionary positions makes sense for the same reasons as movements join forces today as well: Sacrifice some of their political aims to gain force in number and strength.

Not according to the TIJ.

Busy schedule. There are more American sources of antisemitism to quote. TIJ repeats a quote by Lord Eustace Percy in Canadian Jewish Chronicle, which is fortunate, as they can quote him to say what they cannot argue satisfactorily in favour of, and hence shirk their responsibility of underpinning claims.

Said Lord Eustace.

Why so?

Do we detect the hidden sense of persecution here? Like “Anglo-Saxonism” is a tender political flower in a world of hungry herbivores?

Christian Science Monitor participates in the game:

“In spite of this, it would be a tremendous mistake to conclude that the Jewish peril, given another name and atmosphere, does not exist. It might, indeed, be renamed, out of one of the grandest of the books of the Old Testament, “the terror by night,” for it is, essentially, the Psalmist’s concept of the forces of mental evil at which, consciously or unconsciously, Professor Nilus is aiming. In other words, that a secret international political organization exists, working unremittingly by means of its Bureau of Psychology, though the world which should be awake to it is entirely asleep to it, is, to the man who can read the signs of the times, a thing unquestionable.”

Though it is apparent that the paper is much closer to Nilus’ interpretation than TIJ might appreciate.

Apparently authors, like those behind TIJ, seem to forget the prominent role liberalism takes in Russian apocalyptic writing. Liberalism, which entails everything TIJ’s readers stand for as humans, is one of the largest members of the beast of the apocalypse gnawing away at the base of the world, the biggest head on the Hydra of Antichrist.

The difficult part

TIJ have a hard time accepting that communism is not particularly Jewish, but may have a lot to offer oppressed Jews as well as any other oppressed people. Rather, they note how both Jews and Gentiles by their reaction admit to the existence of communism:

Jewish publicists first deny it without qualification. It is all false, all a lie, all hatched up by enemies of the Jews in order to stir up hatred and murder. As the evidence accumulates, the Jewish tone changes: “Well, suppose it is true,” the publicists say; “is it any wonder that the poor oppressed Jews, driven to madness through their sufferings, should dream dreams of overthrowing their enemies and placing themselves in the seat of authority?

And gentiles:

The Gentile mind, confronted with the statement, says: “Yes, but they are Russian Jews. Don’t mind them. American Jews are all right. They would never be taken in by anything like that.” Going a little deeper into the subject, the Gentile mind is forced to admit the existence of some kind of a subversive world movement, the power of which has shaken even this country, and that the moving spirits in it are revolutionary Jews. And then the tendency from that point forward is either to fall in with the theory that the movement is really Jewish in its origin, agitation, execution and purpose, or to set up the theory that it is a “world movement” undoubtedly, but only incidentally Jewish. The end of both Jewish and Gentile reaction is an admission that something answering to the movement charged actually exists.

“Admission” is a nice word to be able to use about your enemies. They admit to what we have been saying all along. Likely they are also ashamed. They should be.

Old plans and Exilarchs

TIJ addresses the myth that the Jewish world program is something new.

A truly new program indeed would look different. A new program may exist too, but certainly the old one does exist.

There are two preconceptions to be guarded against in making an approach to this question. One is that the Jewish imperialistic program, if such a thing exists, is of recent origin.

The kind of program that would be made today indeed exists too, but it is not to be compared in extent and profundity with that which has existed for a very long time. Perfect constitutions of invisible governments are not the creations of secret conventions; they are the accumulated thought and experience of centuries.
Moreover, no matter how prone a modern generation may be to disregard such things, the mere fact that they may have existed as a secret racial ideal for centuries is a powerful argument for their respectable acceptance, if not active execution, by the generation that now is. There is no idea deeper in Judaism than that Jews constitute a Chosen People and that their future is to be more glorious than their past.
A large part of the Christian world accepts that, too, and it may well be true, but in a moral universe it cannot come to pass by the methods which have been and are being used.

You see how far a shrewd insight can get you. The genius in his armchair puffing his pipe can reach conclusions that can make an ordinary man shudder.

He is blunt about the Anglo-Saxon morality constituting a hinderance to this ancient nomadic people of the desert. The ramparts of centuries of protestant ethical standards cannot be breached at a whim.

Such is the shining beacon of perception brought into the world by the industrialist making just good cars.

The average Jews are the cogs in the wheels that make up the machine:

So, then, it may be that we are dealing with something for which present-day Jews, even the more important internationalists, are not originally responsible. It may have come to them as part of their ancient Jewish inheritance. Certainly, if it were a mere modern thing, hastily conceived and thrown together after the modern fashion, it could be expected to disappear in the same era which saw it born.

Forces have been set in motion which even the Jews cannot stop, let alone acknowledge their part in. What have they ever done but walking around and feeling chosen?

Another preconception to be guarded against is that every Jew one meets has secret knowledge of this program. That is not the case.
With the general idea of the ultimate triumph of Israel every Jew who has retained contact with his people is familiar, but with the special plans which for centuries have existed in formulated form for the attainment of that triumph, the average Jew is no more familiar than anyone else — no more so than was the average German with the secret plans of the Pan-Germanic party whose ideas started and guided the recent war.
The average Jew enters into the plans of the secret group just to this extent, except in specially selected cases: It is perfectly understood that the consummation of the Jewish triumph will not be distasteful to any Jew, and if the methods to be used toward the end are a bit violent, every Jew can be depended upon to see in that violence a very insufficient retribution visited upon the Gentile world for the sufferings which it has caused the sons of Judah throughout the centuries.

The last statement need not be so incendiary as it sounds. It is in line with the kind of group psychology you and I perform on others every day. We see motive, we predict people reacting on their situation.

And yet, the full scale of the events that lie folded up in those lines include anything from economic suppression of the non-jews to extermination programs of those as well. Picturing those scenarios with the stroke of a pen and believing that most Jews – poor ones too – would shrug and say “that’s fair” is a little beyond indecent.

When did this fateful undercurrent begin?

History provides a rich vocabulary for understanding the Jew:

Is such a king in the world now? If not, the men who could choose a king are in the world. There has been no king of the Jews since before the Christian Era, but until about the eleventh century there were Princes of the Exile, those who represented the headship of the Jews who were dispersed through the nations. They were and still are called “exilarchs,” or Princes of the Exile. They were attended by the wise men of Israel, they held court, they gave the law to their people. They lived abroad, wherever their circumstances or convenience dictated, in Christian or Mohammedan countries.

Decoding modern Jews’ utterances requires just as much reference to the 11th century as decoding radical Islamist’s statements. Why update the manual? Those beduin people will never change. Whereas the odyssey of the Western man is fraught with his constant remaking of himself in a new image. See how different we are?

And yet there is no race which more instinctively supports autocracy than does the Jewish race, no race which more craves and respects position. It is their sense of the value of position which explains the main course their activities take. The Jew is primarily a money-maker for the reason that up to this time money is the only means he knows by which to gain position.

Now, if they could only find that autocrat secretly ruling the Jews, they could get him to condone Herzl’s plan and erect a new country in a jiffy.

Having dug out the Exilarch from history, it is only logical to continue with the Sanhedrin.

Is there, then, a Jewish Sanhedrin? — a governing or counseling body of Jews who take oversight of the affairs of their people throughout the world?
The Jewish Sanhedrin was a most interesting institution. Its origin and method of constitution are obscure. It consisted of 71 members, with the president, and performed the functions of a political senate.
There is nothing to show whence the Sanhedrin derived its authority. It was not an elective body. It was not democratic. It was not representative. It was not responsible to the people. In these qualities, it was typically Jewish.
The Sanhedrin was chosen by the prince or priest, not with the purpose of safeguarding the people’s interest, but to assist the ruler in the work of administration. It was thus assembled by call, or it was self-perpetuating, calling its own members. The arrangement seems to have been that well-known device by which an aristocracy can maintain itself in power whatever the political construction of the nation may be. The Jewish Encyclopedia says: “The Sanhedrin, which was entirely aristocratic in character, probably assumed its own authority, since it was composed of members of the most influential families of the nobility and priesthood.”

Accusing a an institution from before the Roman principate for not living up to modern standards does strike me as a bit overzealous.

If you hold the microphone, you can say anything with impunity.

In 1806, in order to satisfy the mind of Napoleon upon some questions which had arisen concerning the Jews, an Assembly of Notables was called, whose membership consisted of prominent Jews of France. They, in turn, to bring the sanction of all Jewry to the answers which they should give Napoleon, convoked the Sanhedrin.
The Sanhedrin assembled in Paris on February 9, 1807. It followed the prescribed ancient forms; it was comprised of Jews from all parts of Europe; it was assembled to put the whole authority of Jewry behind any compact the French Jews may have been able to make with Napoleon.

Somehow TIJ gets from that to the idea that the Jews must do it the authoritarian way.

The significance of these facts is this: Whatever the leaders of the Jews may do today in the way of maintaining the policy and constitution of Israel, would not constitute a new departure. It would not signify a new attitude. It would not be evidence of a new plan.

TIJ is more and more showing their colours. Among a river of typecasting based on biblical bedtime stories they carve out a pathetic human who seems beyond redemption, seen with Anglo-Saxon eyes.

Jewish psychology thus becomes:

The machinery of a Jewish world government exists ready-made. The Jew is convinced that he has the best religion, the best morality, the best method of education, the best social standards, the best ideal of government. He would not have to go outside the circle of that which he considers best to get anything which he may need to advance the welfare of his people, or to execute any program which may have to do with the outside world.

Those buffoons are actively sabotaging my project of becoming a nazi.

Jews, like most other people, do not even know which specific philosophy underpins their dominant moral code, their educational framework, their social methodology nor their government structure. Few can name any of the lesser known departments and organisations of their country and account for their respective purview. I am of course to be counted among those.

The Jew feels that he is in the midst of enemies, but he also feels that he is a member of a people - “one people.” He must have some policy with regard to the outer world. He cannot help but consider present conditions, he cannot consider them without being stirred to speculate upon what the outcome must be, and he cannot speculate on the outcome without in some manner endeavoring to make it as he would like it to be.

“He cannot help but consider present conditions”… such as the eerie feeling that a final solution is approaching.

It is another cruel irony of history that the more the Jews tried to escape their predicament, the more idiots felt provoked, I guess as much as a cat feels provoked when seeing a fleeing mouse.

The invisible government of the Jews, its attitude toward the Gentile world, its policy with regard to the future, are not, then, the abnormal things that some would make them appear. Given the Jewish position, they are of all things most natural. Jewish existence in this world is not such as woos the Jew into sleepy contentment; it is such as stirs him into organization against future contingencies and into programs which may shape those contingencies to the benefit of his race. That there should be a Sanhedrin of the Jews, a world body of the leading men of all countries; that there should even be an exilarch, a visible and recognized head of the Sanhedrin, mystically foreshadowing the autocrat to come; that there should even be a world program, just as every government has its foreign policy, are not strange, uncanny suppositions. They grow normally out of the situation itself.

The Bible reveals more than the Communist Manifesto

The phrase “mystically foreshadowing the autocrat to come” is one of many slips they make towards biblical prophecy. One or two times we can be friendly and call it artistic licence. But when they repeatedly flirt with biblical prophecy, their thinking looks stained.

“Oh, we’re just quoting what the Jews themselves are thinking.”

Certainly.

And indeed …

This would indicate, if reliable, that, as the Protocol goes on to recite, the Autocrat himself has not appeared, but the dynasty, or the Davidic line in which he must appear, have entrusted the work of preparing for him to the Wise Men of Zion. These wise men are represented not only as preparing those who exercise rulership over Judaism’s affairs, but also as framing and influencing the world’s thought toward ends which shall be propitious to these plans.

The Judaic Mashiach may not have manifested himself, but the Elders hold the reign. They do not worry in particular over the many thousands Jews who “become a revolutionary proletariat, the subordinate officers of a revolutionary party”.

The Elders know a special kind of telepathy where you send shockwaves into a collective past and let it echo back through the eons until it becomes a present urge to act unconsciously in accordance with the wishes of the Elders. The pieces of the puzzle will move on the board as desired.

Thanks to the diligence of TIJ, the scales are lifted from our eyes, and the Antichrist is unmasked and defanged.

We see how on the world stage there are not only antagonists moving in secret, but moral protagonists as well.

The Raiders of the Lost Ark is not just a splendid movie and good entertainment, but an invention by a correspondingly secret order of Anglo-Saxon Teutonic Knights fighting back with similar weapons as their Jewish foe, operating under the command of Napoleon’s Sanhedrin. They divulge the secret of the continued existence of the Ark of the Covenant and its power which may have been symbolic in the movie, but in reality is immense: The power to sway millions according to the Bolshevik piper’s tune.

My notes seem to have become jumbled.

The Jewish Encyclopedia, my new pastime, takes the sting out of the depiction of Jews as having a shrewd nature and always acting in accordance with the interest of their coreligionists.
